BMW- 330i

                           The reports say that this new BMW, classified internally as the F30 and going up against the Mercedes C Class, Audi's A4 and Volvo's S60, has borrowed quite a bit in terms of design from the 5 Series. It will break new ground in terms of safety and will have new four-cylinder turbocharged engines. The reports also says that though BMW may not be vorsprung durch technik (borrowing from Audi) or advanced/ahead through technology any more because competitors also have the equivalent of the advantages of Efficient Dynamics. Which means it is quite possible that the F30 may offer features like night vision assistance, heads up display or HUD, lane changing assistance as well as automatic parking. 

                           You have not noticed yet the car featured here is the BMW 330i Edition Sport, internally classified as the E90. OK, let me explain the internal classification over the years, which starts way back in 1966 when the 1600-2002 series came in as a family saloon. It was sporty too with an 80bhp engine that could reach 96kph in 13 seconds. The 2002 Turbo was part of the 02 Series, with a 170bhp engine and BMW churned these out till 1976. The internal E classification kicked off with the E21 ,the first generation of 3 Series cars, production of which ran from 1976 to 1982. These cars still used small engines, with capacities of 1.6 and 1.8 litres. BMW introduced their first six-cylinder engine in the 3 Series at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1977, the 323i which had 143bhp on tap.

3 Bomb Blast in Mumbai

                               Serial blasts struck Mumbai Wednesday in the evening three years after the 26/11 terrorist attacks of 2008. The three blasts, in sequence, were timed at 6.30 pm, 6.45 pm, and 7 pm IST, and targeted in that order Zaveri Bazaar, Opera House and the Kabutarkhana area of Dadar West. Zaveri Bazaar, centre of the jewellery industry, is adjacent the iconic Mumbadevi temple from which the city derives its name; both Zaveri Bazaar and Kabutarkhana were also targeted in the 1993 serial blasts.

                                Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray blamed the north Indians and migrant population, including illegal Bangaladeshis, in Mumbai for Wednesday's triple blasts which left 17 dead and 131 injured.

                                'Mumbai, Thane and other parts of the state are teeming with migrants from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and illegal Bangladeshis. Unless the government checks the influx of migrants, such acts of terror will not stop,' he said at a press conference.

                                Congress General Rahul Gandhi said that it was virtually impossible to stop all terrorist attacks, though every attempt was being made by the government and security agencies to do so.

Samsung New Phone- Hercules

                       You heard about this beast of smartphone called Samsung Hercules. It was spotted about one month ago by the gays and gales over at This is My Next. Fresh new infos arrive this time from the TmoNews saying the Android-powered phone comes this September at T-Mobile.

                         Hercules may be the carrier's version of the Samsung Galaxy S2. A possible launch date is rumored to be September 26th. Let's give a quick reminder of what this huge handset could bring: a bigger 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, an 8MP camera with 1080p video capture plus a front-facing cam, 16GB built-in memory, 1GB of RAM, Qualcomm 1.2GHz dual-core processor (unconfirmed) plus Android 2.3.

                          As for that wait, allegedly the Samsung Hercules won’t be attainable for T-Mobile until age-old mid August, and as for pricing, allegedly the Android handset is listed in the “over $350” category, but will it be ceremony every penny, accepting we’ll admission to breach and see.

                          Pretty impressive technical details for the Hercules. Now all we have to do is wait for a confirmation from Samsung or T-Mobile and hopefully they will give us anytime soon. The Galaxy S2 is unpatiently waited by many mobile consumers.
