From latest news in america, Mechele Linehan- Early July 2010, Linehan was monitored 24 hours a day, by a series of third party court-approved custodian as a condition of bail.
Mechele Kaye an American convicted murderer. She is currently free after successfully appealing her conviction. She was serving a 99 year prison sentence for her role in the death of her fiance, Kent Leppink. The jury also could listen to an audio recording of Linehan being questioned by authorities. The recording was a 1996 interview a day after Kent Leppink was found dead.

Kent Leppink was a Michigan native who shifted to Alaska to work as a fisherman. He met Mechele at a Striptease club called The Great Alaska Bush Company. On May 2, 1996, he was found dead in Hope, Alaska with three 0.44 caliber bullet wounds ON body. Just one days before his death, Leppink had removed Mechele from his $1 million life insurance policy, and sent a letter to his parents stating that, should he meet with foul play, Mechele, John Carlin, or Scott Hilke probably had something to do with it.
