Steven Wright Bio

Steven Alexander Wright Comedian, Actor and Writer was born on December 6, 1955 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Wright’s mother was an Italian American and when he was born his father was working as an electronics engineer. But later he became a truck driver after the end of main project on which he was working.
He is well known for his outstanding ability of dialogue delivery. He is well aware that how to mix one-liners and jokes in contrail situations.
Wright has released his comedy album in 1985 titled I Have a Pony and his album was nominated for Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. The huge success of his comedy album brought him to the HBO program "A Steven Wright Special".
Steven Wright is known for his slow and lethargic delivery. He has a deadpan delivery with irony and wit to go along with his philosophical and sometimes confusing jokes. He continues to tour today and can be seen in comedy clubs world wide.
